The Butcher Block Custom Meat Processing gets the most meat potential out of your animal. We specialize in beef, hogs, and wildlife like deer and elk.

The owners, Brad & Mandy Beck, have 8 generations of Western Oklahoman blood in them. Brad has been formally trained as a butcher at one of the top meat processing schools in the United States and has 30 years of meat processing experience. We pride ourselves on our commitment to the local community. We wouldn't be where we are without the support of our neighbors and friends here in Western Oklahoma.

All our processing is custom cut to your unique specifications and then vacuum packed to ensure long shelf life in your freezer.
