Call to schedule an after-hours pickup or delivery.

Drop-off & pickup

  • 3:00 – 5:00 PM the day prior to your appointment, or
  • 8:00 AM the day of your appointment.
  • All cut sheets need to be filled out at drop-off, or the animal will be cut to a standard cut.
  • Once processing is completed and invoices created we will contact you to let you know when you can pick up.
  • After we've called you, you have 10 days to pick up before a $15/day storage charge applies (unless prior arrangements are made). After 30 days, meat will be forfeited.
  • All meat is frozen and boxed in labeled 16x11x10 boxes with tops for easy handling.
  • Call ahead before bringing a deer in, so we can be sure someone's here to help unload.

No drop-offs on Sundays. If your appointment is on a Monday, drop off that Monday morning at 8:00 AM.
